Existing customers please enter your Customer Number, Date of Birth and Postcode in the exact format that appears on your statement or despatch note. If you have shopped with us before but do not know your Customer Number, please call us on 0333 777 8035.
For security reasons we will not give out Customer Numbers via the telephone, so please have details of the flowers you would like to order. We will take your order over the telephone and post you your account details for future use. If you can provide an email address which is registered to your account, we can send the Customer Number to the registered email address so you are able to place your order online.

The NEXT Directory Account gives you instant credit so you can start ordering immediately. You will have an 8 day approval period after you receive your goods and a further one calendar month Interest Free period before you need to settle your account. You will receive a monthly statement giving full details of your transactions. There will be no service charge if you settle the account in full before your next statement. There is a maximum monthly service charge of 1.766% variable (APR 24.9%) added to your account when a balance is carried forward to the next month. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can pay by cheque (made payable to Next) or bank transfers either online or via your bank.
You will receive a statement every month, showing an up-to-date balance after any further purchases, payments and returns.
As a registered online user of the NEXT Directory, you will be able to purchase any item on this site and pay immediately with all major credit and debit cards. We will not charge the goods to your credit card until your order is despatched.
Please note the card used to make a payment will need to be registered to the Next account address. We understand that security is an issue with payments over the Internet and can reassure you that our credit and debit card payment facility is secure. We have invested in the latest technology which encrypts the information as it is sent to us.

Our beautiful bouquets comprise only the freshest flowers and are designed by skilled florists. To ensure the best quality, our specialist supplier works directly with UK and worldwide growers, selecting only the highest grade, long lasting blooms.
All flowers are packed fresh, and for optimal vase life some varieties are delivered in bud. For maximum vase life, put them in water as soon as they arrive. Your flowers will flourish before your eyes. We make every effort to include long lasting varieties of flowers which ensures that your gift will stay fresh for as long as possible.
Our main range of bouquets can be delivered next day when ordered before 9pm. Flowers by post will be delivered within 2 working days of your selected delivery date. Specific delivery information can be found on each product page. Main range bouquets are delivered complete with a greeting card and personal message which can be selected before checkout. Where stated bouquets may include a vase, pail, gift bag or other decorative container for the complete gift experience. Flowers by post are arranged and wrapped by hand in co-ordinating tissue paper and presented in a specially designed box, delivered to the door.
Please note if flowers are being delivered to a hospital, the sender will first need to confirm with the hospital if they accept delivery of fresh flowers.
For safety reasons during transit champagne and perfume gifts can only be ordered with items not including glass vases, pails and ceramic pots. No gifts can be ordered with wine and Flowers by Post ranges. Unfortunately gifts cannot be purchased without a flower order.
Gift bag, Vase, Bouquet, Pail and postal formats will arrive in Flow wrap packaging. The flowers will arrive in bud, this plus the Flow wrap keeps flowers at the highest level of quality while in transit to the Customers home. Because the flowers will arrive in bud they may not initially look like the website pictures. They may appear wilted on arrival, this is due to the flowers being put to sleep in transit for protection. Once treated and presented the flowers will bloom.
To present in the Gift bag, or Pail on receipt, remove from the packaging but leave in the bubble on the base, fill this with the flower food and one litre of water by pouring the mixture down the centre of the bouquet.
To present in a vase on receipt, remove the bouquet from all packaging and cut the stems. Place in a clean vase and fill with the flower food mixture as per the instructions on the sachet. Keep out of draft, keep out of direct sunlight, keep away from heat sources and keep water topped up regularly.

You can reload your card as many times as you want. Cards will expire 24 months after their last use.
